i.  These terms are a legally bound document between the User and Purakart, effective immediately upon direct or indirect acceptance of terms (outlined below.) Purakart is a company incorporated under Indian laws. Purakart is an intermediary in Online Marketplace form, limited to curating the Website to enable the Seller to advertise, promote and offer to sell their products and to enable the Buyer to purchase the Products (Products) offered and other Services (Services) thereto, including website usage by the User. 

Introduction 

These terms are subject to revision by Purakart without prior notice. We, at Purakart, request you, the User to peruse these Terms and Conditions carefully before usage of the Website. We request you to read the most current updated Terms of Usage, as and when the feature is made available on the Website. The Website is an electronic platform that functions as an online marketplace and also as an intermediary that provides: 

  • A platform for Users (Sellers) to advertise, promote and offer to sell their products to other Users (Customers). 
  • A platform for such other users to accept offers of sale of the Products advertised by the Sellers and to make payments to the Sellers for purchase of their Products and
  • Services used to expedite communications between Users (Buyers and Sellers), and 
  • Ancillary Services, such as Coupons and Vouchers that are issued to Users (Buyers) that can be redeemed for varying Products offered. 

Eligibility 

The Services provided by Purakart are prohibited for usage by people under 18, i.e Minors or to Users whose accounts have been suspended for violations of the Usage Policy as outlined by us. You represent that you, the User are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving Services under laws as applicable in India. In such case that the User is under 18, please read these Terms of Use with your parent or legal guardian and in such a case these terms shall be deemed as a contract between Purakart and your parent or legal guardian and permissible under the enforceable laws that are applicable in case of a violation of the agreement. 

  • Purakart reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered to new Users or to terminate access for existing Users without any prior notice. 
  • You, the User shall not have more than one active account on this website. You, the User are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or trading this Account to any other person. 

Account Security

The User may access and use the website either as a registered user or as a Guest User. However, guest Users will have limited functionality available on our Website.

You, the User shall ensure that the Account Information provided by you is complete, up to date and factually verified. Using Pre-registered Account data is strictly prohibited.  

Depending on whether the User is a Seller or a Buyer, You may be required to share certain personal information and Purakart may collect such personal information with your consent. Purakart does not levy a fee for usage of its Website at the present moment. Purakart may charge fees from you, the User for certain Services on offer. You agree that Purakart may change, modify, or waive off fees at any time without prior notice. Your continued usage of the Website after such changes shall be considered as acceptance of the terms outlined. 

You agree to provide accurate and correct payment information, net banking details or UPI ID for availing services on the website. You shall not use payment details or bank instruments lawfully owned by You. This information shall NOT be utilized or shared with any third parties unless in relation to fraud verification, court orders or in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Purakart is governed by the laws of India and so any and all relationships entered in or through the Website is to be governed in accordance without reference to conflict

You agree that all claims are to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Mumbai* and You accede and accept their jurisdiction.
